Waltz jumps -- focus on not pitching forward at the end. Really dig into the ice and then jump high. Do from Mohawk with flow. Press into ice with left foot and REACH ACROSS with the right foot when jumping.

Salchow: RI Mohawk, left 3-turn, check (right arm back), turn and jump out, with right arm and right leg moving forward at same time. touching hands together mid-air. Cue: Up and over.

Toe loop: master at the wall – inside 3-turn, , pivot on left toe ¼ turn, then jump out. Start at wall, then gradually move away from the wall one foot at a time until I am in the center.
