Practice Sheet Template

In an effort to stay focussed while practicing (instead of standing at the boards chit-chatting), I have come up with a checklist of things to practice. I try to get through as many of these as possible.


Things to Practice

3 Laps Forward Stroking w/o stopping
1 lap Slalom, Swizzles and Power Pulls
1 lap Forward Edges (w/ diff. arms)
3 widths of Back Edges
2 widths of Mohawk Combo
2 Crossover Figure 8’s (forwards and back)
2 widths Cross-Strokes (F & B)
3 T-Stops (each foot)
10 Forward Outside & Inside 3-Turns
3 Forward Pivots
3 Back Pivots – Inside and Outside
10 – 2 Foot Spins
5 Forward Spirals (straight knees & count to 6)
5 Half Flips (hold landing & count to 3)
5 Waltz Jumps (hold landing & count to 3)
5 Salchows
5 Toeloops
Chaine Turns
Ina Bauer
Spread eagles
Practice program 3 times
